With California’s rare A-HAZ/Hazardous Substance Removal Licenses and Asbestos Certifications (#833333), we and our partners are able to oversee Asbestos Surveys, Asbestos Testing, Asbestos Abatement, and removal from cradle to grave.

For our Asbestos Surveys, we and our partners will oversee the sampling of your suspected ACM (Asbestos-Containing Material) and provide detailed test results from an independent ELAC/NVLAP-certified laboratory. This includse various testing methods such as Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM), PCM (Phase Contrast Microscopy), and TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy).

For Asbestos Abatement Services, we and our partners will oversee DTSC- and AQMD-compliant remediation of your contaminated material and export the material to licensed TSDF Landfills with proper Manifesting and Chain of Custody. This includes Transite (Asbestos-Concrete Pipe) and other ACM.

We also provide our own Commercial Demolition Services for complete project support.

We are also Stormwater inspectors (QSDs/QSPs/QISPs) to ensure that your Asbestos Abatement project does not contribute to Water Board violations or other environmental consequences.

The Water Board’s new 2022 Construction General Permit requires full SWPPP compliance, QSD/QSP services, and inspections now even for Demolitions as small as 1 square acre. This makes us the only Demo company in the region that also has all relevant Stormwater/Water Board licenses to do the job from top to bottom. Furthermore, we are the only company that also has full Hazardous Substance Removal licenses to protect your site from the Water Board’s pollutants of concern from demo projects, including PCBs, Asbestos, and more.
