We and our partners also oversee Asbestos Surveys and Asbestos Abatement Services. We are licensed HAZMAT transporters through DTSC, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA Registration #7097, EPA #CAL000482049. If we can’t fit it on our trucks, our partners will while we use our licensing to oversee comprehensive Hazardous Substances management and compliance.

We are also the only Demo company with licensed QSDs, QSPs, QISPs, and CPSECS on staff to oversee Stormwater/Water Board Compliance and Erosion Protection.

The Water Board’s new 2022 Construction General Permit requires full SWPPP compliance, QSD/QSP services, and inspections now even for Demolitions as small as 1 square acre. This makes us the only Demo company in the region that also has all relevant Stormwater/Water Board licenses to do the job from top to bottom. Furthermore, we are the only company that also has full Hazardous Substance Removal licenses to protect your site from the Water Board’s pollutants of concern from demo projects, including PCBs, Asbestos, and more.

Further, we also have California’s rare Hazardous Substances Removal License (#833333) to remove any Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) you might encounter, haul any Contaminated Soil you might find, do any Confined Space Work needed, not to mention a full 40-hour HAZWOPER certified labor team.

This means the job won’t shut down if you find anything contaminated. We’re also Asbestos Certified to give you confidence in our proper due diligence.
