In California, ONLY engineers with the rare State Hazardous Substances Removal License like us can legally remove Contaminated Soils and Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), which makes us equipped for Lead Abatement and Lead Remediation. We also do Level B/Supplied Air Work, Radon Gas Monitoring, and Hexavalent Chromium Cleanups.
Our services include comprehensive permitting work for environmental compliance, Lead Testing Surveys using methods such as XRT X-Ray Sampling Analysis, and Lead Abatement using techniques ranging from stripping, to clearing, pressure washing, vacuums, and more. As required, this includes proper manifesting and DOT-/EPA-/DTSC-compliant export from cradle to grave. This includes certification by Industrial Hygenists if needed. We have our own AQMD-1166 “Various Sites” Permit that gives us authority over contaminants on any site (unless quantity excavated demands a Site-Specific AQMD-166 Permit, which we will help you get).
We are also licensed for Confined Space Work, Tank Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Industrial Hygiene using all the proper protocols of Oxygen-deficiency monitoring, gas masks and respirators, exclusion zone preparation, gas vapor monitoring, gas neutralization, and more, making us one of the most comprehensive HAZMAT companies in the state. We are licensed HAZMAT transporters through DTSC, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA Registration #7097, EPA #CAL000482049. If we can’t fit it on our trucks, our partners will while we use our licensing to oversee comprehensive Hazardous Substances management and compliance.
