We’ll be your comprehensive Water Board partners from start to finish. In California, ANY industrial or manufacturing facility MUST obtain an NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) Permit from the Water Board to remain compliant with the Industrial General Permit (IGP), including regular inspections by a QISP (Qualified Industrial SWPPP Practitioner) like ours.

Industries legally cannot certify themselves. They require a QSD (Developer) like ours to obtain a Permit. If you qualify, we will try to get you a NONA or NEC (No Exposure Certification) to avoid Inspection costs.

Otherwise, a QISP must regularly inspect your development’s BMPs (Best Management Practices) to prove to the Water Board that chemicals, sediment, or waste from your production does not end up in storm drain inlets or off-site. These inspection reports must be posted publicly in order for you to remain compliant with the IGP and the Water Board.

For ALL industries, you are required to have a QISP sample rainwater on your site for “TMDLs” (Total Maximum Daily Load) of contaminants based on whatever local water source is at risk. We’ll help manage your local TMDLs, sediment load, pH, turbidity, and other key environmental risk factors.

We are the ONLY company in SoCal that can simultaneously offer certified SWPPP/NPDES/QSP/QISP inspections for Water Board Compliance, our own QSDs to design & certify SWPPPs, provide our own field labor to install BMPs and maintain GCP/IGP permitting, and miles of fire hose for Waste-Water Pumping and Hydroseeding.
