As needed, this includes “non-viable” surface sampling (Strip Tests), “viable” sampling (Lab Swab Tests), Spore Traps (for Air Sampling), and more. We also use Infrared cameras, Hygrometers, Borescopes, and moisture sensors to locate the source of mold prior to taking our samples.

As needed, we will certify your mold spore Air Concentrations or take physical specimen samples to AIHA-accredited laboratories and provide detailed analytical data for your property, insurance company, or business.

We are also licensed for Confined Space Work, pressure washing, tank cleaning, and more using the proper precautions of Oxygen deficiency detection, exclusion zone prep, and more.

With our comprehensive CA Hazardous Substances Removal License (#833333), 40-hour HAZWOPER certified labor force, and 15 years of experience in acute hazardous environments, we know how to get the job done safely and affordably. We are licensed HAZMAT transporters through DTSC, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA Registration #7097, EPA #CAL000482049.
